Hands holding together, symbolising care and connection

About my practice

I use art as a voice for social reflection and change.

I am a contemporary visual artist and art photographer working with photography, mixed media and conceptual visual storytelling. My practice is rooted in the belief that images can hold memory, emotion and social meaning.

I use my work to open conversations around mental health, abuse, youth vulnerability, knife crime, environmental protection, inequality, care, resilience and human connection. I am interested in the quiet realities people carry and the social issues that are often seen but not deeply felt.

For me, art is not only decoration. It is a way of witnessing, remembering and creating empathy. I want my images to invite people to pause, reflect and look again at the people, places and experiences around them.

Art photography is my visual poetry. It allows me to speak about pain, strength, silence, hope and healing while preserving the dignity of the stories I encounter.

01

Social witness

I use images to draw attention to overlooked stories and lived realities.

02

Community

I explore care, protection and the responsibility people share for one another.

03

Memory

I am drawn to how land, culture, objects and bodies carry history.
